Stephen is the founder and director of Lawyers of Tomorrow Technology Ltd, a law-tech start-up developing automated advice systems for use in the legal sector.
Legal Education
Stephen is a solicitor (non-practising) and Visiting Lecturer in law, business and technology, mainly with the University of Law, London. He has taught in the UK, Europe and India, and has an extensive teaching range: Legal Practice Course, Graduate Diploma in Law, Qualified Lawyer Transfer Test, Professional Skills and Professional Development.
Stephen’s range of subjects includes: Business Law & Practice; Law, Business and Technology; Public Companies and Equity Finance; Acquisitions; Business & Solicitors Accounts; Commercial Law; EC Law; Wills and Probate; Contract Law; Public Law; Equity and Trusts; legal skills (interviewing, advocacy, legal research, legal writing and drafting).
Stephen has trained some of the brightest law students in the country, including students holding training contracts with Linklaters, Alan & Overy, DLA Piper, Clifford Chance, Cameron McKenna, Pinsent Masons, Irwin Mitchell and Baker McKenzie.
